Professional, efficient (and painless after the numbing preparations). Dr. Santos replaced 5 old amalgam fillings today with new white ones in 1-1/2 hours. Last week, his able hygienist gave me a thorough periodontal cleaning, so I am good to go! Very pleasant office and bright cheery treatment rooms with tropical view windows made my visits pleasant.

I absolutely love Dr. Santos. I haven't been to the dentist for quite some time and was actually referred to him through my Humana representative. I needed a good bit of work done, he got me taken care of within a few weeks. I was there pretty often so I got to know everyone well. He always checked my insurance and gave me my options so I never had an unexpected expense. Every out of pocket expense that I did have was extremely reasonable. Dr. Santos has a policy that he prefers to save a tooth and he will try everything he can to do so. I have referred him to two of my neighbors and they love him as well.

Hello Don, If Maria doesn't want the denture, that is no problem. I will have the lab stop the case and any money you paid is returned. We want Maria to be confident in her decision. There is absolutely no way what you described will work. I feel it is critical for Maria to realize that, so a second opinion is absolutely mandatory. Maria demonstrated multiple times she could take her existing appliance in and out multiple times when she was in. Apparently she forgot how she did it and she is more than welcome to come in so we can loosen it. We would like to see Maria as soon as you can get in.
