It's another word for upper or lower denture

That's highly unlikely! Though the staff is really nice and quite competent they simply do not have enough staff. Appointments run late and their lab seems to be overwhelmed.

No. They do not take any dental insurance.
The gum area is numb, if your asking to be put to sleep the answer is no. However thr doctor can give you pill for you to relax.
