Dr. Hanrahan has been my physician for more than 30 years. I have always been impressed with her knowledge. I have had several strange medical issues and she always nailed the diagnosis. I find her to be compassionate and I never feel that she is rushing me. Her staff has always been courteous and friendly and knows my name so I feel I'm not just a number. Kudos to all!

Beware, so unbelievably disappointed in how they treated my 22 yr old daughter. So Cold, RUDE! My daughter has already had every blood test her Rheumatologist ordered over the last 7 months but she was told she had to have blood work Again as a new patient. Then on her next appt Dr couldn't even remember what she was there for. My Daughter wanted an MRI and was told Well, your insurance probably won't approve it. She reluctantly ordered it so my daughter had test done. She also scheduled a follow up appt to go in and discuss results but was called the next day after the MRI and told "It showed nothing." My daughter said are you really just going to call and tell me that? WHY? She was treated so poorly, they did not care ONE Bit that a 22 yr old is in severe pain for absolutely NO Reason and don't seem to care to find out why! My daughter will never go back and the sad thing is, she is left trying to find another primary care just so she can get the care, go see another specialist and have more tests done. It's all so insane.. SAD!!!

My experience with the staff and Dr.Hanrahan was a total disappointment. I felt like I was in a socialist country. Conform & don't have a real problem because We can't handle it. Forget about taking a moment to educate yourself because you Dr. Did not even know what I was talking about. Then dismissed my concerns completely. Gave a paper withDr's.names as referral and not one took my insurance. Get this,the Dr. Never listened to my heart. Then got a letter of dismissal. If you need a real Dr's help ,this isn't it.
