I went to Athena‘s just to check things out I did not intend to find the perfect dress that day but I did. Lexy greeted us when we arrived and made my day so special, it is the first time in my planning I’ve really felt like a bride. She picked a dress for me to Try on that was very different from the styles I had been selecting. When I saw it on myself I burst into tears I knew it was the one. Thank you so much for making the day so amazing and for making me feel beautiful.

Michele and her staff were excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. After going to many other bridal shops and finding nothing I liked, I came here feeling defeated. To my surprise and delight, I LOVED 3 dresses here and did say YES to one of them and ordered it yesterday :). They have an excellent assortment of gorgeous unique gowns. The staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful! Definitely worth your time to visit. I promise you won't be disappointed. I'll post pics after my wedding. :)

When I initially called to set up my appointment I spoke with Donna. I honestly enjoyed speaking with her so much I hung up the phone, turned to my (now husband) and said “I WANT to buy my wedding dress from Donna”. She made me feel like family from the first phone call and that meant the world to me. I went to DB to try on dresses before going so I had an idea of what style I liked on me so when I showed up I went over my likes and dislikes with Donna and she started pulling dresses for me to try on. The first dress I tried on ended up being THE dress for me. I knew it, Donna knew it and maybe some of my family and friends knew it but Donna insisted I try the rest of the dresses on to make sure nothing made me smile like the first dress did. She knew! Some of the other ladies in the boutique came over and chatted with us and got excited about me finding THE DRESS, really solidified the family environment they have there. I also had my alterations here and I wish I had her name but she was amazing with everything but I was super proud of my bustle. I have seen so many bustle’s break day of the wedding and I had no issues with mine the entire night! The best part, Donna was there for every dress fitting I had and was the one who handed me my dress days before my wedding.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with this family owned Clearwater boutique. I had 6 months until my wedding and hadn't done any dress shopping. I was visiting my family in FL and we decided to stop into Athena's- I found them on Google and they had excellent reviews. From the minute we walked in, we were treated amazingly- Lexi, who is now my guardian angel, took the time to understand what I was looking for and my budget, and never tried to show me something that wasn't my taste or was out of my price range. I never thought I would buy a dress at the first shop I went to but Lexi helped me find a dress that I felt totally gorgeous in. They also took fun photos of my family and I and made everything light and fun. I would recommend anyone go here for a fun, easy, and no pressure shopping experience!
