You order the picture assuming there will be the occasional substitution however there is a difference between substituting and not even similar. If you can’t even get close, call the customer and tell them so they may pick something different!! My “I love you” flowers look like “I’m sorry your grandmother passed away”!!! Not what I paid over $100 for. #furious

Awful and rude people on the phone, even AFTER I placed an order. Never gave me final price and I realized it after we hung up. I called back to get it and it was 50.00 more than was alluded to during initial consult and she was still AWFUL!!! I cancelled my order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
