I had four vehicles on their monthly unlimited plan. 3 we’re smaller vehicles and the other was a Chevrolet Tahoe. I started noticing scratches on the hood of my Tahoe that were never there before. So I paid closer attention because I was curious if the car wash was causing them and sure enough it was. I stopped in to tell them I wanted to cancel my membership just on this vehicle not the rest. I wasn’t trying to make a complaint I just wanted to stop using them for this particular vehicle. The rest of my vehicles that were smaller never had a problem. So management asked why and I explained that the car wash was scratching the hood of my truck and he asked if he could take pictures to send to customer support. At first I didn’t want to because I was in a hurry but he assured me that it wouldn’t take long just some quick info and I’d be done. I decided to go ahead and do it and about two days went by when I got an email. Customer support basically tried to make excuses like these businesses always do and never take responsibility saying they didn’t cause the damage and didn’t offer an apology or nothing. My original plan was to just cancel the membership and my truck but after their response and not taking responsibility I’ll be canceling my other 3 memberships as well. If you are thinking about trying them out I highly do not recommend it. The convenience is nice and you may get lucky and never have this problem. But the cost to repair the paint damage that it caused to my hood is not worth it.
