E (short for Eronini) is phenomenal. We’ve been buying appliances and electronics from him for almost two decades. All our TVs are bought from him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. My family and friends go to him. He’s helped us since I still lived with my parents, then with our first home to our second, all the things that break and need replacement, delivery scheduling, picking out the right item, everything. One time I wanted to buy a specific stove, and could have been a quick and easy sale for him, but he knew my love for my cast iron pots and pans. Off the bat, he was honest that I wouldn’t be able to use them. A true professional! Where else can you find such personalized and amazing service? How did he even remember what I cook with? Incredible! Our most recent purchase was a dishwasher. E asked what I liked and didn’t like about my broken dishwasher and price range. He came back with options and we came below our Bridget. It was a seamless transaction and delivery as always. And when he’s not working and it’s a random stop for a small item like a portable charger, everyone else is knowledgeable and helpful as well. This place has been around forever and has everything. They house people on the floor who have been doing this for a lifetime, you’ll be in great hands.
