Great service and had what I was looking for!

Had them come out to assess my gas range oven. Charged me $115. They said I would hear back on next steps. Never did. I called them and they looked into it. Didn't call me back. I called back again and they gave me a price for parts upwards of $300. I asked what the total would be with labor. They said they would get back to me. Never did. Then after a week or two I called back again and they said they would check and call me back. Said the parts were actually TBD on when they'd be available and I should probably just buy a new one. Then proceeded to tell me they have units I could come check out. Will never be calling them again. No voicemail left after first visit. I had to chase an update each time. The only time I received a call back was the very last time which was immediately after I called. When my new range was installed and I mentioned my experience to the plumber installing it he responded, “Blue Ridge Appliances? I hear it all the time.” That’s when I decided to write a review. Just do better. Maybe just sell new appliances and drop the repair.

Absolute garbage. Refuse to service equipment they sold. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
