One of the worst experience ever. This guys are all nice when they know they are about to sell you all 4 tires and upsell you in to warranty and oil change. But the service that they deliver in no where good. When they did a oil change they cut a wire to a pump next to a oil filter making the car over heat had to get a mechanic to fix it. Then the balance that they did had the wights fall of and forcing me to rebalance trying to charge me for it even after I got the warranty for the tires. There excuse was that he weights fall off all the time, but me owning so many cars and having so many deferent services and never had weight fall of in a few month period. I would say watch out as they have a excuse for everything that they do wrong should be called shitstone.

Great service, Friendly and Professional staff. Arthur is very knowledgeable about cars and i believe He deserve a raise. My gf and me came here for a oil change and it took about 15 mins for them to complete it 🔥🔥 . We will definitely come back to this specific location in the future. Thank you Firestone
