I ordered from your branch in flushing Nyc for sakura 747 with 2 packs of filter through jenny and to my disappointment I only received 2 pcs filter instead of 2 packs, called to complain and was insulted of my intelligence and insisted that I didn't the difference btw 2 pcs and 2 packs. And was asked to take pic to prove it!!! Come on....do you need a bachelor degree to count it????What an embarrassment!!! Never had this kind of experience!!!!
