FORMERLY 24 HOURS and the sign in the window says they close at midnight but that’s inaccurate. Twice I’ve gone to do something at the 11pm hour (once a pickup and once a drop off) but the door was locked or they were closing up by 11:15pm. Feels deceptive and I see the time on Google maps shows 10pm which might be customers that think that’s more accurate. Annoying, to be honest. If you close before midnight just say that. I had to take my business to Green Laundry because I was not brining that cart back up just to take down again. No thanks. I do like the drop off service, and they accept credit/debit cards for payment which is convenient for me. Get it together please!
