They were wrong about the gender. I went at 15 weeks. They said they would be able to tell me the gender. Right away she said she can tell it's a boy, and gave me 3 pictures with an arrow pointing at what looked like a p.... 2mo later at my dr appt I found out that it was a girl. So disappointed and upset!

Only added a star because I had to. Completely unprofessional. I had an appointment today and nobody was there. Nobody answered my calls or the door. They called to confirm two days before and did not call to say they had to cancel. Had to find another place to go that would take me last minute.

I had an appointment made for August 1,2018 and I made it one hour before scheduled time and waited outside the door aswell even 30 minuets more after time schedule. It seemed as if it wasn’t open for the day plus I thought about Labor Day on Monday but I got no call from them to notify me about any changes. Me and my partner paid for the package and have only received a photo of the heart beat and gender and that’s all, were missing a whole lot. For the same reason we agreed to go back for the second session. I been calling everyday since my appointment date and have left voicemails and I still haven’t gotten an answer or call back. I’m very dissatisfied and worried on what’s going on with this business.

Worst experience ever! Horrible resolution and technologies used. Bad customer service and we didn’t even receive what we paid for!! Do not recommend at all went twice and both were a horrible experiences . Only went a second time because the technician told us that there wasn’t clear footage or pictures and for 35 more we can retake the session. Except the second time was just as bad. Also called this place for an hour straight and no one answered. She called back 2 hours later and told us we can still come in.
