Melinda and the staff are great with all 3 of my boys. They are safe and taken care of and that I care about while I am on vacation. They are 3 large pitbull type dogs with really great personalities. They understand each one individually and genuinely get to know them. I wish they had longer hours and one weekend day for drop off and pick up, but I work around it. I know they will be ok here and I can relax because my babies are in good hands. Thank you for taking care of Orson, Tritan, and Peepa.

I love taking my dog Legend to All Star Pet Resort. It has a home away from home atmosphere. They take great care of him. When I call to check on him the staff is very polite, professional and assuring.

South Bay Supreme Basketball Club

My husband and I boarded our dogs there this past weekend. When my mother-in-law picked them up this morning (Monday) she went back to get them. My dogs use pee pads. They are very small dogs. When she went back there the outside part of their kennel, used for them to go to the bathroom, was covered in poop and pee. Their pee pads were soaking wet and full of poop. She said there was at least 12 to 15 piles of poop and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I immediately called and spoke to the manager, Mindy. She said it had been 24 hours since they were changed. So many problems with this statement! 1. What the hell do you mean 24 hours? Do you not feed or clean up after the dogs on Sundays?? Are they not tended to at all? 2. Did you feed them on Sunday? You said you would feed them twice a day but then said it had been 24 hours since their kennel was cleaned. 3. And last, no way my dogs pooped 12 times in 24 hours. So not only did you admit to not tending to them at all on a Sunday, you probably didn’t take care of them on Saturday either. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Julie T

When I arrived to the groomer I was positive that this place was going to be good with no issues due to the reviews. Not the case at all. I walked inside and the groomer was on her phone. (She took four minutes to notice me calling her to be checked in and was not aware of her surroundings.) I let that slide. I dropped off my dog at 800am and it took all day. It was in the middle of summer and it was very hot inside regardless of the fans inside. Every dog inside was panting which worried me. I came by to check on her to question why this was taking all day. It didn't appear that she was walked or even given any water. It broke my heart to see her in the same cage that I left her in being told that she was next. (About six hours later) The website stated that there were no appointments needed and it's first come first served. That does not seem to be the case at all. (See website as well as my screenshot) I went to pay for the services and asked why did it take so long. The lady at the front desk said its first come first served. I stated that I was there right at 800am. She responded that's how she works. I thought it was funny the front office had an air conditioner but not where the dogs were panting. I asked to confirm if she was walked or even given water and I was told that she needs to be walked before going home. Never again...
