Rude, unprofessional and outdated. FInd another location to visit for Parties. Sheldon is a so called manager of Lazer Tag and can't handle conflict (everything will not be perfect sir) hangs up in your face. The website is very outdated and does not show complete information regarding parties so you have to go ancient style and call, leave a message and then someone will call you back. The site should list all information regarding party planning (including pricing, add'l kids, time, food, etc.) so you do not have to speak to people who give out incorrect information and then when you question it want to hang up on your.

The places was very clean my Kids really have a lot of fun. It is a great place to celebrate my little one birthday because everyone have a lot fun kids and parents have the opportunity to play and share time with kids. The only part I did not like it was the services I was expecting more for them like more creative . My hostess was very not have any fun and sympathy with my guests. He did not iteratictive with the kids not even sign the happy birthday with them all the time outside the room. He was very poor in services. The places it is super expensive so I think, I deserve a great services. I was the one making everything fun and clean, organizing the kids to play and do some activities . Good thing my kids did not have time to knowledge about the hosts. If you plan to have a party here tell what you are expecting for your hosts? So you probably can have better experience that I. Other than that I think my kids really have a great time.
