Yes just like the first person said, make sure they are on a leash and bring some doggy poo bags to pickup after them. There is a big track that runs through the trees thats pretty long to walk your dog down. Its really nice. Hope this helps, enjoy
By the pavilions they do. You have to call the ranger number at the main building and you can have them unlock i believe for $45. I know for a fact as we used for my brothers memorial. We used the one furthest from the playground.
