I had two bracelets I bought in the Caribbean over 10 years ago and the latches came apart. I took them there today, they fixed them right on the spot while we waited, I couldn't believe it, and the price to repair was very reasonable. Judith is a real sweetheart, we enjoyed talking with her, all of their staff seems very sociable and caring, we strongly recommend these folks to you.

I had difficulty in trying to find any optical store or jeweler that was first willing then capable of repairing a broken weld/solder on my 3 yr old RayBan metal eyeglass frames. Upon referral from Ocala Eye, I was sent to J&J Jewelers on W SR200 in Ocala. From the moment I walked in the door I felt warmly welcomed and confident I was in good hands. Judith immediately examined my frames, was concerned about the delicate nature of the repairs (of which no one else wanted to touch), consulted with Charles , who with his hi-tech Laser Welding machine was up for the challenge. As intricate as the repair was they still honored their warranty backing up their service and charged me a very reasonable fee. As hard as I am on my glasses, I paid my 3rd visit back to their store today, again in need of minor ‘spot’ welding, and again they persevered and repaired flawlessly! I was insistent on offering to pay for their service but no, Charles stood behind his warranty and declined any payment. This type of quality and personal service is nearly impossible to find today but at J&J Jewelers, it is their constant!! Without any reservation, I highly recommend them for any eyeglass, jewelry, watch or clock service, repair, sales or appraisal needs you may have!!!
