I am fostering a kitten (3 mo) that will need Perineal Urethrostomy surgery (after many visits to vets and many different types of meds). I am looking for a qualified surgeon who can do this type of microscopic surgery and what the cost will be.

I would recommend Dr. White at Harbor Pines but I don't know the cost. I don't believe this is something that the clinic/SNP can do. One of my friends who does cat rescue also uses Lomita Pet Hospital.
