Micro chip not in my name so how can i get my baby back home he misersble in there

Just get ahold of the original owner of your pet get a bill of sale or a transfer ownership paper you should be able to present it to the Harbor Animal Clinic and they should be happy to reunite you and your loved one good luck I would hate that to happen to me

Call the shelter and ask them...or get a hold of the person who's name it's in....or there's always the "prison break"😂😂if all else fails be there the second it goes up for adoption... There should be a way to change info on the chip if you adopted it from the person who chipped the animal..
