Perhaps. Not sure if the city needs to know. It's a small park on the hilltop but there is a secondary one east of it in the residential area
Lot of traffic through that area...would suggest no. Somerset park on carson great for parties.
If you click on the city website, it highlights something about "adults only" for this specific park for larger group events requesting to reserve use of a picnic area. Either way, sounds like you would need to let the city know, guessing since its small.
