I now see why they call employees the “Honda helpers”. This was my first time buying a new car and let me tell you I had the best experience. They work with you and try their best to make sure you leave satisfied. I was first helped by Ernesto who was very communicative and friendly. He was recommended by a family member and I’m glad he was. He made sure everything was clear and I understood everything. I left the store and came back later which I was helped by another gentleman named Josh. He was also very helpful and informative. Although Mr. Ernesto was no longer there he made sure I was happy with my purchase and followed up with me the next day

My wife and I went to Long Beach honda last night to buy a 2022 honda civic. I called to check if they had the car in stock, Ossy was the person who helped me on the phone. He checked for the car and said that they did have it, the price listed on the website is $24,765 after asking Ossy what actual price was he told me that there was a $3,000 mark up which i understood with the current market. I told him i'd be right over and he said to ask for him when I arrived. I live about 15 minitues from this dealership. Upon arriving nobody seemed to want and help us, we had to catch someone walking out of an office to ask for Ossy, come to find out he had left for the day. A girl started to help us, she said that they had the car and she was going to grab it from the back, I then ask her to confirm the price and she replied with "SO THERE IS A $3,000 MARK UP PLUS A $4,900 UPGRADE FEE" I understand that there is a shortage of new cars and the price must match the market conditions but they should have told me about the additional $4900 on the phone instead of wasting my time and gas to go to their dealership. After telling her about what Ossy had told me on the phone she said " Let me go confirm if this is something we can do". After about 5 miniutes a guy by the name of HAYDEN GARCIA walks outs (a very smug and condescending guy) to say " THE BEST I CAN DO IS THE $24,765 PLUS $4,900 ADD ONS" I honestly would've been fine with that if it wasnt for his smug arrogance, and he made us feel as if we were burdening him with our business. SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS! My wife and I declined and went straight to NORM REEVES HONDA in cerritos and purchase a 2022 honda civic from them. I get that salesman feel like they have the upper hand because they know that no matter what they will sell any new car they have especially a civic however the lack of unprofessionalism and disrespect that LONG BEACH HONDA shows is embarrassing. They could've made a sale last night. GO TO NORM REEVES IN CERRITOS AND ASK FOR MIKE POTTER, he is so nice and attentive and definitely deserves his commission. I don't know if this will help you but with my 2016 Honda, I just get an oil change when the "service needed" light comes on in the dashboard
U can go to any place where they do alarms or install stereos u can also order your alarm on Amazon it's so easy to program it at the dealer its gonna cost u a lot.

In order to get an accurate lease figure for a Honda Civic, you really should call Long Beach Honda and ask to speak to a salesperson. Leases depend upon how much money you put down and the coat of the Civic you pick out.
