Facility is clean! Office staff are very friendly and so are the techs! Happy to have had someone explain what they were doing, what they were looking at and what they were looking for. Appreciated techs giving me further information about future tests. Tye atmosphere was designed to he calming and I truly feel that eases the stress in the first timer and the seasoned vet! Thank you for making my first time smooth!

We had a wonderful experience yet again at this facility. Dr. Yan and her staff are top notch professionals…experienced, skilled, and efficient at their jobs. My daughter is only three years old and they made her feel comfortable and safe. If this wasn’t already enough, the wait times were very short and they were well prepared for our visit. I highly recommend this facility.

It's never "fun" having to get an MRI, but Bonita and Samantha* were wonderful: friendly, patient, and very accommodating of my various issues so that I was as comfortable as I could be. Front office staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a very efficient business, waiting time is minimal. The only problem I had was figuring out where the heck the entrance was! 😄 *I think that was her name.

The girls at the front desk were really nice and efficient. The girl with the pink mask with butterflies was so friendly! I hope to deal with her again if I ever go back! I had a scan done with Jenny and I think Victor (sorry if that wasn’t your name). Jenny was very professional and got me in and out of there in about 15 minutes. She and Victor were very kind, made me comfortable and moved me through the whole process in record time.
