Hi Manu, Craftsman lawn equipment and replacement parts were exclusively manufactured and sold by Sears. We do not have access to parts. Lowes purchased Sears, and I suggest you contact a local Lowe's store to ask if they sell replacement parts and provide repair service. Gabe/Gardenland

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we are not an authorized Craftsman dealer so we are not able to get parts for Craftsman. We can get parts and service the engine portion of the mower, but what you are describing it's related to the frame & drive system which would be a Craftsman part. How old is the mower? If it's over a few years old - it might make more sense to put the repair dollars towards a newer battery powered mower since the coordless battery technology is much better and the performance is similar to gas powered with out the hassles and maintenance of gas powered equipment.
