Cindy Selleos was our fantastic realtor that we found on zillow when searching for a home. She was completely on top of everything and worked day and night to research and find a home to fit our needs. She drove wherever - even in the middle of the mountains to make appointments. Whenever we had a question, she found the answer to it in record breaking time. She is extremely friendly and makes sure to get all documents and questions answered from the seller. She is still continuing to help us out even though we closed on the house. Cindy is such a wealth of knowledge and information. We couldn’t have found a better realtor to fit our needs and answer all of our millions of questions when buying our first home in California. We highly recommend her to anyone.

We just bought an amazing house and it was all thanks to Cindy! We expressed our need for a quick close and that same morning she lined up house viewings for later that evening. We toured, chose the house and she put the offer through that same night. By the next morning our offer was approved and 19 days later we were signing our closing docs. We owe it all to Cindy. Thanks to her extensive knowledge and expertise we are now homeowners. Thank you, Cindy!

If you are trying to get a home in the bay’s competitive market, I recommend Cindy without hesitation. She has many qualities that make her an excellent agent. Growing up in Sunnyvale and having a long career in real estate, she has an expansive knowledge of the bay’s market and has excellent advice on how to make an offer that will get accepted. She also has great contacts in the field that we worked with like Audrey Hutton. Their thorough work in the pre-approval process makes the underwriting process less stressful. I really appreciate how Cindy and all of her professional acquaintances were attentive to our questions and needs. A lot of our friends in the bay had said they had to make 7 or 8 offers before they finally had one that was accepted. We only had to make 4 offers before ours was accepted and I attribute that to Cindy being an knowledgeable agent with excellent advice. Thank you, Cindy!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
