I had amazing service at Gardenland yesterday on my Honda mower. Able told be to bring it in and that after a brief evaluation he'd clean and tune up the mower in less than 45 minutes, all for a very fair price. I couldn't have been happier. I'm only writing this review because I think others would have the same experience there.

We had our Honda lawnmower repaired there recently and are very happy with our experience. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff providing terrifc service and advice!

Went there to have a chain saw fixed. The guy was just cutting down my saw? When I knew all it need was a tune up. But he kept saying its going to cost me nothing less than $300.00 to tune it and I should just toss it and buy a new one. Took it somewhere eles. Cost me $75.00 bucks, run great now....

Extremely rude. Talking down to customers. They used to be a really good place to go for parts. But now their so busy they don't have time to treat people with dignity. They lost a 45 year old customer today.

Hi Manu, Craftsman lawn equipment and replacement parts were exclusively manufactured and sold by Sears. We do not have access to parts. Lowes purchased Sears, and I suggest you contact a local Lowe's store to ask if they sell replacement parts and provide repair service. Gabe/Gardenland
Hi Rosmary, we close at 4pm but stay here until 530-6pm so we can schedule an appointment to help you. Or can you shop on Saturday from 8am-3pm? Please call 408-377-4496 and talk to Gabe or Fernanda to coordinate.

Homelite went out of business awhile ago and parts are no longer available so we cannot repair it. Nobody will be able to get parts. When ethanhol gas has been sitting in a machine for more than 30-days the water and gas separate and the water content gums-up the fuel line and can rust the inside of the carburator and fuel tank. We sell a product called Mechanic in a Bottle for $8 and you can try to use it to clean your fuel line if the saw was not sitting for more than a month with old gas. If the saw was sitting for a long time with old gas you will need to buy a new saw. We sell gas powered, battery powered and electric saws if you want to learn about your options. - Gabe/Gardenland
Hi Steve, how long has the gas been in the engine tank? Ethanol gas will expire after 30-days and the water and gas separate. The water causes damage to the fuel line and carburator and will most likely need a flush job. You may need a carburator rebuild or replacement (whichever costs less). There is a synthetic fuel called TruFuel and has no ethanol. Its safe for up to 2 years in the tank after you open the can and pour into gas tank. Gabe 408-377-4496
It will take 1-2 business days to sharpen the chains. We are open from Monday-Saturday.
