There were running way behind. Arrived at 0450 and was told my load may not be ready till tomorrow and having been in this business a while I understand holiday's and being short staffed. I ran out of cigarettes and was gonna walk to store. A employee that was on lunch told me he would take me the 1.2 miles there. Mr Kehlani was very kind as all the people I have dealt with here have been. He didn't want anything for taking me but I did get him some of his smokes for taking me. Mr Kehlani shows how just one good deed can help others he has restored some of my faith in others. Thank you to everyone here and especially Mr Kehlani

This place sucks.. i visited this location twice for loading both time i reach earlier than my appointment time but still they took 20+ hours to load my trailer and their is no long term parking available.

Arrive 5:45 am, left 7 pm. Avoid this facility if you can!!! No more overnight parking.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would! This location has no respect for drivers, they don’t help us to keep america moving! My pick up appointment was at 1 pm yesterday, right now is 6 am and I am still waiting! I am wondering how often the branch manager check on the warehouse productivity? Respond my comment if you really care about this business!
