Today I had an initial appointment with Dr. Carlos Matute Mandejano, a new Family Medicine Doctor at Lourdes. He is phenomenal. He was thorough and took time to understand. He actually conducted a physical exam - not just labs! I would urge anyone seeking a new primary care doctor to see him - you will be won over!

I can't say enough about the whole experience. The facility was clean, comfortable and everything was in order. The staff gave excellent care, great discharge instructions and they were friendly. What is the question?
This is a hospital. A gynecologist will have an office at one of the Lourdes clinics. Calling the hospital would be a good way to learn the location and phone numbers of physicians in their network.

The lab located at the Hospital is open to the public until 5:00 pm. However, please note it is closed to the public from 11:00am - 1:30pm.
That's a great question! The areas that patients use are the basement (for labs), the main floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There is a 4th floor in the oldest building, but it's only used for staff.

Park across the street from the main entrance and start at the front desk. They will be happy to help you from there.
Raul contact your physician's office or if you were hospitalized call 547-7704. They will direct you to the appropriate people to get your information. While you have a Lourdes staff member on the line, ask if you can sign up for Lourdes Portal called "Follow My Health".
