Servpro came out in a timely fashion in response to a water damage cleanup, however, their technicians in the course of moving their heavy equipment caused some damage to my hardwood floor, and they are not willing to admit it or rectify the situation. Most disappointed in their lack of customer service in this matter.

Used for water removal service in a rental property and they overcharged saying they used more equipment than they actually brought to the house. Felt taken advantage of since I was not able to get there to see ahead of time but the tenant agreed they did not have as much equipment there as they charged me for. Poorly explained invoice practices and Way overpriced.

Great experience this week with ServPro of Fitchburg/Leominster. Within 25 minutes of calling them Monday morning for water damage in our office, Someone was here to assess our needs and get a crew started on the cleanup ASAP. Their equipment was here M-F to continue drying us out and preventing mold. I can't say enough good things about Rich and his crew.

Servpro helped us greatly when we experienced a fire at our manufacturing facility and they helped us get back and operational every step of the way. Their team members were responsive, respectful, had great communication, and did what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend and Chris did a great job of coordinating the activity and ensuring we received the best assistance possible
