Just picked up my balloons i ordered a week ago and the gentleman helping me was fantastic and super nice. My niece loves the unicorn balloon. I will be ordering again.

Terrible customer service. We went in, two people working there looked at us and didn’t say a word. The supplies were bare. We waited in line for 15 minutes while a worker blew up a few balloons, one of the girls working saw us waiting a long time, took the drawer then left. No one acknowledged us the whole time we waited- not even a “be with you shortly”. When it was finally our turn I said hello to the cashier and she didn’t say a word back, made no eye contact and was seemingly annoyed that we were her second customer in the last half hour. Not sure if this store is closing and that is the reason for shortage of supplies but I could see why it would be closing! Someone should train their staff to be just a TAD friendly. Too bad this is the only party store in the area because if it wasn’t I would steer clear.

I went to party city too early, they didn’t open, but the guy saw me and opened the door, he helped me to save time,thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible. With my daughter’s birthday being right around the time of graduations, we know to order balloons well ahead of time. We came in a week before her party, ordered and purchased her balloons (which were expensive.) I had a pick up time of 12 pm. I was assured they would be ready. I came in on pick up day at 12:30- a half an hour after they should have been ready- they had not even begun to blow up her balloons. When I asked if I could get a discount or something to accommodate me for the inconvenience I was told “no, there’s nothing we can do.” WHAT IS THE POINT IN ORDERING THEN?? I waited another half an hour for my balloons. During this time SEVERAL other customers had THE SAME issue!! All had placed orders and none were even started. One woman was told there would be a 45-60 minute wait for her ONE balloon that she ordered several days before and had asked if she should take it that day and they insisted it would be ready in time on Saturday. When I asked if there was someone I could speak to I was told “yes, he’s our back” I said “can you go get him” “I can’t right now” This entire experience was absurd and i’ll be calling corporate to report the terrible customer service.
