I believe at the moment they are accepting mostly food donations. You can go on Amazon and they have a list of needed items that will be sent directly.

They're always in need of volunteers, go by their office and apply, they'll be happy to have you and it's a good experience for your adult life in the future, great on resumes, employers look at that always, and if I'm not in the wrong, some employers ask if you have any hobbies or had volunteered experience, you can always add that to the answers, as far as donations, clothing mostly, food, you have to make sure to find out the dates they give it out, that way you can bring up to date food that's not going to go bad in a couple of days. Unfortunately I think you have to be a local resident or certain areas and once you do go there they want proof of where you live they want IDs it's just a lot of hassle for the little help that you do get and I do mean little. God BLESS Y'all

Proof of address if you have one for there area they service which is san fernando/pacoima/ and i believe sun vally also maybe arleta . they service the homeless families transitioning housing with denta,l medical ,food, clothing,and help if you need medi cal or adfc benefits. Even if you cant provide identification they may be able to assist you with getti g some. Family go in last I knew on Friday's

Like neefing personal assistance? You'll need to go into their place of business on San Fernando Rd. They can help in many ways, clothing, food, personal help eyes, dental work, education, etc. Check them out they sre awesome.

Then why is Olive View giving out your number? Shouldn't someone correct that? When you are in pain, and have to hear over and over no services here, its frustrating. I imagine its frustrating fir you guys to have to keep saying no services here.

Hi Anna, I also agree MEND does not furniture. There is the VETS, Salvation Army, Goodwill. I am also in the same situation. My mother passed at 98 and I have to empty her house. Good luck.

They have food and clothing donation hours Tuesday thru friday 8am to 4 30pm and Sat 9am to 12pm

They are closed Monday's. U can drive thru pierce entrance gate to drop off the donations
