Then why is Olive View giving out your number? Shouldn't someone correct that? When you are in pain, and have to hear over and over no services here, its frustrating. I imagine its frustrating fir you guys to have to keep saying no services here.

Not only qualify under their terms, but the waiting list it's up to 2020 and that's why they told you they're not taking anymore patients, if it's an emergency that you have, did you let them know? My wife works there, not at the dental clinic but a different department and she says how much of a sadness it is to watch a new patient walk-in and not been able to get to see a dentist due to their rules and regulations, try again and tell them what do they do in case of an emergency, they might ask you to bring paper work that states you qualify to be seen right away.
