I called about an hour and a really nice guy answered who was really willing to help me with my punctured tire, he said to bring it there and depended on the tire he would try and fix it, we drove there and the guy at the counter was not friendly at all, checked the tire and says there’s no leaking and the didn’t do plugs there. So disappointed, the reason I called Costco is because I trust their services but unfortunately the employees are not willing to help.

I'm from Orange County and had a blow out on my tire so I came over the nearest location at the time being for a new tire. I'm thankful I still had my tire warranty. I was guided by Erik R. and David S. with their experience and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Costco didn't have the tire size on demand, so I couldn't continue my service here but was redirect to the Costco in Van Nuys. I appreciate the help on this day and commend those two employees for helping out. Have a prosperous year!

I looked into your service and you did indeed have an appointment which we always quote as an hour or less. I saw that you waited 1 hour and 2 minutes. I spend an average of 15 minutes before someone offers to help despite the store not being too busy. Once someone offers to help, then the service is usually good. If the staff offered acknowledgement, like saying "I will be with you shortly," I would feel more like a welcome customer and leave a better review. But the job gets done so I suppose it is okay to feel less than welcome.
