It is incredible that in this great country there is this type of attention in a bank branch, terrible attention. I have been sitting for 3 hours just to sign and notarize a document and according to the person who attended me when I arrived, I had to wait 2 hours and people continue to arrive who just say hello they take care of them I thought many years ago that when I arrived in this country those things would end it's a shame it only happens in Miami how crazy

Many times you can not make deposits and withdraw cash, because the machines are damaged.
