Good afternoon. The bearded employee who is collecting the deposits right now has no professionalism and much less education. He is too rude. He should never deal with the public.

They will literally ROB your money in the drive thru. I don’t bank with them but my employer forces us to deposit cash with WF. I was literally robbed $25 the bank manager backed up her associate and wiped her hands full of corporate language. If possible withdraw your money from this institution their associates drank bleach for a reason.

I called for an appointment and they never answered me I need an appointment to fix my zell I don't know why I can't send money and ask for a new card please I need to make the appointment but if your employees can't help please let me know thanks
