Per the (Owner) review above, it sounds like the phones were down & being worked on. Email or an alternate number should have been provided in the review.
Hi Leslie, I left the a detailed response on your review for our hotel. I apologize for the inconvenience, as our equipment is being worked on by the phone company to address this concern. Did that and when they tried calling they were just as puzzled as I was that it was a fax number
