It was a cute hotel and you are paying for location. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but it is not “high end” by any means. Which the website is very honest and up front about what you are getting. There is no storage space to put your things in the bathroom, so you have to use the table in the main room. You can hear the people around you, the walls are very thin, but again we knew this before purchasing the room by reading the reviews. The courtyard was super cute and it was nice to watch the sunset. The beach itself has gotten more dirty and has a lot of homeless people. That was a negative but nothing that the hotel can control. Parking was great and it was awesome having our own lot! Overall I would recommend the hotel. Just know that it lacks a few amenities that you might get from a “name brand” hotel but you cannot beat that location for the price!

Perfect location! Literally across the street from the beach and there are many shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. Great people watching from the balconies and the ocean views are so beautiful and peaceful. Very dog friendly and there's a group of cats that come out at night and hang out by the front office :)

I love the receptionists. They are all super friendly and helpful. I love how this hotel is only a few steps from the beach. I also love how I was able to find everything I need within walking distance from the hotel (i.e. target, coffee shop, all kinds of restaurant, etc). I marked off a point because the rooms do not have a microwave. You have to walk downstairs to the one in the front lobby. Also, last night the beach had something festive going on and the music was so loud!! It kept me up till 10 pm when the police came by to shut it down. The building looks older but the rooms are nice.

Loved the hotel, the staff were all so friendly, great price for the location. We went for our anniversary but due to thin walls this probably isn't a place I would bring my kids. Definitely more of a honeymooners type place. But had an absolutely wonderful time. They had good tv options and a Keurig included. Really nice. Loved the little fireplace on the wall. Beautiful views of even and pier.
