Well the first day I checked in the room AC wasn’t working. I had to go to the front desk in which they told me there’s no problem changing you rooms. I appreciate that, I understand it’s the navy cost for annual training. Then after being in the new room for a couple of days. In the morning I felt something crawling across my face. I called the front desk again for them to take care of my other guests. The tile floor has some coating that is flaking off. The laundry rooms work great. I appreciate the second room AC working a lot better than the first room. I just don’t understand why they feel it’s ok to put Navy service members in rooms that AC doesn’t work, bugs and floor problems. I think this is a great place to stay. They just need to get up to par.

What doesn't work: hot water, internet, most of the washer/dryers, many ac units. They are just letting this place run down. No effort being put into this facility since it was built. Used to be really nice but they are just running it into the ground.

It's not the Ritz, but it's located within a 2 minute drive of the beach and the rooms are clean and have all the basics. GREAT value for the money.

Leaders find alt lodging if you can. I have been traveling with the Navy for 20 years. Thier customer service was amazing back in the day and so was thier price point. Not so much anymore. Rooms are half good, half cleaned, short fullsize beds my feet hang off of and no, I literally mean no customer service. I asked for a one hour late check out because our team was stuck with an evolution that was taking longer than pla ned. Customer service said thier was no extension its charged as an extra day. I tried to explain we couldn't get around this its better if I could get one more hour and check out by 1230-1300 for only 2 rooms. Oh no couldnt do that for the military. Leaders go out in town or to the Navy lodge. Where courtesies are given and rooms are cleaned nicely and beds will fit your tired troops.
