I went to this location 7/15 and inquired what options I have if I lost my receipt for balloons purchased there a year a ago. A young lady directed me to a young man who's name I didn't catch, I explained that since it's a year ago purchased I don't have the receipt , he explained the policy which I'm familiar with and concluded to come in with the balloons and they'll possibly recognize them and it should be an ok exception. 7/16 I return with the set of balloons and met with a different young woman and explained the conversation I had the day before. Although with some hesitation she said she remembered the balloons but that they no longer carry them. I appreciated that she went ahead and inflated the balloons. While at the store my husband n I purchased some extra items as well, in addition to what we purchased the day before. The cashier noticed a balloon was low on air and graciously volunteered to inflat it a little more. At this point the young woman that inflated the balloons initially was mumbling under her breath to the gracious colleague about how we didn't have a receipt and possibly suggested we didn't purchase the balloons there. This is where I got annoyed. If you accepted to inflat the balloons then the conversation should have been over including attitude. But somehow this young woman had a problem inflating the balloons even though we purchased $30 of products not including the ones of the prior day. It's a simple courtesy and no one in the store suggested to charge us a service fee or any other option if we are without a receipt. I'm a customer who happens to work in retail. If I make an exception I'm done and if you're going to talk negatively don't do it in front of customers. 4 stars for the great people that kept smiles on their faces and I hope this helps that young lady chill out. It wasn't that serious. But enough to post a review simply to learn don't talk negatively in front of customers especially when I was not even challenging her or was rude. I said thank you, I didn't say "u better."

The party city have a lot of costumes to choose for all occasion...i always buy there for the costume of my granddaughter for her halloween parade in the school...i really recommend this for you....feel free to ask me of what your concern about party city...have a nice day...
