Grab coffee or donut at Top Pot. It's nearby.
The hotel just opened The Pineapple Bistro and Bar on Friday, May 25. The food was good and the menu varied. The hotel staff is wonderful at providing restaurant suggestions that are places where the locals go within walking distance : Shaker and Spear or Rocco's to name a few. Also, the hotel has a shuttle that runs everyday except Sundays or bike rentals.

Cantina Leña is a block or two from Hotel 5. It's my favorite restaurant in Seattle. There is also Top Pot Donuts with a block or two (same direction) and is a must-try.

Hotel 5 is ok. Not great but ok.
There are a few places if you had in the direction of the Space Needle I don't exactly remember the names I was only there two days
