Check in process was smooth Great location and within walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants, movie theater, Neptune Theater, etc Suite had great amount of space. Shower was awesome and the design with handle on one side and showerhead on other was genius! Comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies. Every staff member we met were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread with plenty options for everyone. Parking garage available. Pool and gym 🏋️‍♂️ available. Great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Overall stay was excellent. The place was clean and most of the staff were amazing. I did have a bit of an upsetting interaction with the check in person. The woman (blonde, mid 50s) was terribly rude. I arrived early and was told my room is not available yet (totally understandable). I asked her if there is a place I can change my baby's diaper since we just had a long car ride. Her response was "Not in my lobby." I thought she was trying to be funny so tried to redirect her and asked again if there is a restroom with a change table. She was very unwilling to answer my question. I asked again (seriously, I need to change the diaper) and finally she told me there is a restroom around the corner. She didn't tell me there was no change table. She did not offer to call me when my room is ready, did not offer to tell me about things I can do while I wait for my room. She did not offer a greeting of happy birthday to my one year old - despite that being in my reservation notes. I guess since I was not yet a checked in guest, I was not welcome at the hotel. I was pretty appalled by my interaction with this person and avoided her during my stay. All the other staff were amazing. This would easily be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the unpleasant check in experience.

This is a great residence inn! Very clean and more modern than most other residence inns around the country. Its also in a great location if you are looking to stay near the University of Washington. Lots of food around, and a very short walk to portage bay cafe.

Great experience. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, good service, and very good location near many restaurants. Target, 7 eleven, and trader joe's are within a walking distance. The free breakfast had different options as well! Highly recommended!
