This area has significantly degraded. This is not the area to take children. The room and hallways wreaked of cigarettes. A few of the front desk staff that were great, while one hung up on me on the phone when I was trying to figure out my reservation status after being delayed significantly on my way to Seattle. The only thing I really liked the view from our top floor room. The room was only cleaned once out of 6 days even though I was assured by someone at the front desk that rooms are cleaned every other day. The breakfast was minimal. The parking spaces in the garage are made for miniature vehicles...I did appreciate the number of cameras on the outside of the property and the extra security measure required to activate the elevators. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to be in a safe area and in much better accommodations.

This hotel shouldn't have a one star. Holes in the wall and ceiling. Missing wall hair dryer, missing picture from the wall, the remote was missing the battery cover, the hallway smelled like a skunk, and dead plants in the landscaping. Also, the smoke detector body was missing. The base was still in the ceiling. Extremely disappointing that it is a Comfort suite property.

Pros: Location and pretty spacious room with a couch Cons: Not the cleanest as we found some crumbs on the couch, and crumbs and stains on the carpet, walls, etc. Our key card was randomly deactivated the second day and then the third day too. Had to go to the front desk to keep reactivating. Breakfast was the same every morning. But the biggest con was that a high pitched alarm sounded THREE TIMES that hurt everyone's ears and woke up everyone (including a baby) on the fourth floor at 3:30am. Everyone came outside of their doors to ask what was happening. Nobody from the front desk answered the phone. A maintenance person came about 20 minutes later and asked if anyone was cooking... and stated that the smoke alarm system was oversensitive and needed replaced or fixed. It kept sounding with the same high pitched alarm sound. The whole situation lasted for about an hour. Even asked about it the next morning and the front desk manager did not even offer anything for our stay. Not even an apology. Would not recommend this place.

While the neighborhood was a little rough, the owner and staff were absolutely amazing! The level of service I experienced at this location was far superior to anything I've had in the past. Room was clean and stocked with coffee. Great entertainment across the street that was hoppin into the wee hours of the morning. 10/10 would stay again!

30 minutes or less when traffic is normal...
I think it was 6-10am or 7-11 lol That's the average
Check in and check out ate at same times everyday..check in I believe is 2pm, check out at 11am
That depends on the time of day. Rush (hour) in the am is a horrible time to be traveling in Seattle. I can make the drive in about 40 minutes if I push it a little but you'll be in a uber and it will likely take you an hour plus.
Some with kitchen, some without. You do pay more for the kitchen. We had one a couple years ago that was a "suite". Bedroom, kitchen and living area.
That's a really far trip from the airport. It's about 23 miles away. Public transit would be the cheapest route.
Research the King County Metro Bus E-Line routes. I believe they have a straight route from SeaTac that goes right pass the hotel on Aurora Avenue N.
It's north of downtown, so you'd have to go a little way south to reach them.
About 20 mins, if you're taking about the argosy tours
