If you are looking fir something that mood altering this is the place to stay at.. also the managers are pigs.. rumor has it with the tenants that live there MO makes the girls sleep with him to help pay rent... he propositions them!!! Outrageous. The rooms are disgusting. Don't go there

The only reason I gave it even one star was because the staff were friendly and we're trying their best to be accommodating to our needs. Our room was clean, but smelled of heavy smoke even though it was a nonsmoker room. We had cockroaches in our bathroom. When we checked in our toilet was broken and looked like it was clogged, full of urine and toilet paper and never fixed. We had three of us and only two towels and when I asked for extra towels one staff member ( the only rude one) refused unless I brought down the dirty ones first. Our continental breakfast was given to us in a brown paper bag. Our deadbolt was broken too. The hot tub was closed and no pool towels are offered. We were far away from any restaurants too. Certainly not worth the money we paid.

The staff is amazing, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is very near to the airport. They provide breakfast and an airport shuttle bus at your convenience. Seriously, didn't want to leave. Best value for money in all aspects. Will definitely recommend and come back again. keep up the good work. A Big Fat Thanks goes to Ali at the front desk for being very kind and helpful.

First, I found a locked lobby with no way to check in except a slide drawer like you find at a window teller at a bank. My room was disappointing: sink light fixture had no cover, only bare fluorescent bulbs, no washcloth, no soap or shampoo. When I went to the office to get a bar of soap I had to wait for the window drawer in the rain - got a bar of soap and they had no shampoo. There was mold around the ceiling of the shower and the sink was rusted out around the overflow hole. The sink did not look as if it had been clean. If I had had an alternative at that point, I would have found another motel. Even though I told them I would need a van to the airport at 6 am, the desk clerk had to call 3 times to find a driver (since the first 2 weren't answering their phones). On my return, the desk clerk gave confusing directions for the airport pick up location of the "courtesy van" which reeked of smoke and was filthy. I have never paid so much for so little. Bad stay.

Yes they have free airport shuttle and the service is very good. You have to call them when you are at the pickup station. There are phones with hotel numbers at the pickup station.

I was only charged once...I would take my receipt(s) and a copy of my statement and either visit them, or refute the charge with your credit card company...
