This hotel had a lot of character, it was really charming and unique. I did not think this reservation through since it was very overpriced for a stay for 19 hours. I also stayed on a Saturday evening and there is a Mountaineering Club/Bar on the top floor of the hotel which meant there was a lot of traffic with only two small elevators. Of course it is Seattle so the parking situation was chaotic with the valet overfilled. Customer service was so-so. The rooms do not automatically have a refrigerator in them so you have to call down to reception to have them bring one to your room.

Lovely place and with fantastic service. The front desk folks are so sweet and accommodating. They have honored our request for early check in without any fuss. They have a beautiful coffee place right at the front desk, dining is available in the top floor with decent menu. Location is perfect as it is very close to Google, Adobe and Tableau offices.

No hot water. Not even lukewarm, it was a cold shower. Called the front desk and was told they were just informed of this and sent engineers. Asked again 45 minutes later and told same thing. Other staff and online reviews show this is a known issue when the hotel is full. Would have been better to be honest than give us hope that it would be fixed and waste hours of our morning. Out of eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. No late checkout after wasting our morning.

Zamadaga

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good location, close to many attractions downtown. Pet friendly. Fridge/microwaves only available upon request. No active bathroom ventilation. Bring your own drinks, the bottles of water provided in the rooms cost $5.
