Had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from SeaTac. Called 3x for the status of the shuttle, and it passed us by on one occasion. Hotel itself is close to the airport which is nice. The area isn't the best. Rooms are small, but manageable. Woke up to find a tick looking bug in the sink. Breakfast fine. Our shuttle driver is not friendly and doesn't keep to the advertised schedule. Left a lot to be desired. Won't stay here again.

At this hotel, none of the rooms have shower curtains, meaning that when one takes a shower, the bathroom gets soaked which can be a safety hazard. We called the front desk who then asked the owner who said "none of our rooms have shower curtains." That is hardly an excuse. The shower does have a rail for a curtain, implying that there was curtains at some point, or they never installed them, either way, this is the first and only hotel I have stayed at that didn't have shower curtains. Not only that, the shower handles are broken so that the water won't off. Also, the TV is missing many major channels. Now I do understand that most hotel TVs don't have premium channels, but ours didn't have basic news such as CNN or NBC, it had no news at all. Also, the breakfasts, though complimentary, aren't anything to write home about. A basic cook could probably make something of the same or better quality at home. We also found some trash left behind in the room behind the night stand. With that being said, the hotel had a couple of positives; the room was clean, the Wi-Fi wasn't bad, the staff was friendly and helpful and it had a fridge and a microwave. In conclusion, if you are staying for just one night and don't need to take a shower, you are probably fine, but other than that, there are similar lowish cost alternatives that are a much better choice.

Place was gross. It smelt musty and there were ants in bathroom so we requested another room and they were willing to help us out. When we got to our second room I checked to see if there were any ants and unfortunately found more even after switching rooms. At that point I was not willing to stay so I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express and let me tell you what an upgrade for an extra $50. Would not recommend personally but I appreciate them willing to help us out.

First of all the front desk reception allowed me to check in early and I appreciate that. All the staff were nice. But the room was kinda gross. It smelled so bad. Thank God I had an air freshener with me. The floors and walls were dirty and they need a furniture upgrade, fabric chairs should not exist in hotels anymore. The tub was clean and so were the sheets, so I was able to sleep there. But unless I were extremely desperate, I wouldn't return.

Yes it does!
They have a shuttle to the airport, from there you can catch a shuttle to the port.
Seems very unfair and unreasonable..All that should be included in what you pay per night..no other hotels operate that way. I would complain to management demand my deposit be returned...im sorry you've had to deal with that. Its ridiculous
