Overdue review. I have had the most warm and amazing experiences here with my children. Today we brought my son in for a possible ear infection right before his birthday party and they let him pick out a present. Last time my youngest was here for labs he needed SIXTEEN vials of blood and I could not believe how amazing they were and were able to get it all done letting us have the room for an hour to just give him snacks and fluids. They even brought out an iPad to entertain him. The facility is super clean and child friendly. I’ve told them I prefer taking my kids there over the pediatricians office and I really do mean it. Well done childrens health alliance. I’m so thankful to have you down the road from us.

Receptionists were so disrespectful and did not care we were there with a sick kid on a weekend since his doctor office was closed. It was a my first experience at an urgent care with my child. Receptionist talked to us like we were interrupting her with something. She did not like that we were new and have to do a whole patient registration. When I asked about insurance coverage, she just impatiently said she doesn't know. They had us wait in the car for two hours even though we went there anything unrelated to COVID and the lobby was fully empty. I had to take my kid out in the parking lot in the cold just because they did not want us in the lobby. Nurse who roomed us taking vitals was not nice at all, she kept getting upset because my just turned three year old was taking off his mask few times. They just can not get use to being mask especially when they are sick> finally, we had a good experience with the Dr. I am not planning to go back there ever again. Receptionists need to be trained on patient care and how to talk to people.

Receptionists are absolutely terrible besides 1 young hispanic lady who seemed to truly care about patients. I brought my toddler in for the first time at this immediate care facility. They were at capacity & we were told to come back in 30min and that none of our information could be taken down at that moment. We came back and after they took down our info we were told it would be an hour/hour and a half to get a room. We went back to wait in our car. We came back and I was masked but my toddler was not. My toddler had just turned 2yrs old and is not accustomed to wearing masks. I had tried to get my toddler to wear a mask twice in the lobby but she refused & had a melt down. The receptionist told me again as she was refusing that she needed to wear a mask that it was the law. I proceeded to educate the receptionist that it is not a law and that I was literally trying and she is refusing so neither of us can FORCE a 2 yr old to wear a mask. Once I said that the receptionist stayed quiet and escorted us to the room where they were still taking trash out and they were not ready for us to be in. I would give no stars but one of the nurses was kind enough to bring my 2 yr old toys to keep her occupied while we waited for doctors. We are now in the emergency room the next day for the same issues. We will not be coming here again. Terrible first impression.

it was our first time at a facility just for children. we came in for urgent care, we were seen very quickly and the staff was kind and helpful. the waiting area was designed for children and very clean. our nurse and doctor were great at their jobs and we were in and out in record time! will definitely be back (hopefully not often)
