Free knives sharpening!!!! Cutco and non cutco knives Wowzers! Went today to drop off 12 knives 10 cutco knives and 2 non cutco knives I had no clue what to expect all I was told was to stop in and my knives would get sharpened at no cost and I though it was too good to be true. Nope only thing is due to thanksgiving holidays I will have to come back in 1 business day otherwise they sharpen them same day! Freakin awesome you don’t have to spend money on sharpening services

I own 7 Cutco knives and use them almost every day. I love the quality of their products and their service can't be beat. They offer free knife sharpening for the life of the product (just pay shipping), so I periodically send mine in. Today I received my sharpened knives in the mail and found that they actually replaced one of my knives - for free! I've had the knife for several years and use it quite a bit. I guess it didn't pass inspection...so brand new knife! Who does that?! Awesome!!

I went in to drop off my 2 Cutco knives for sharpening. The manager set the expectation over the phone that it would take 1-2 days. However, they weren’t super busy when I went in and he was able to get it done in less than 10 minutes. Overall very positive experience!

Oh, no! Accidents happen. Fortunately you're covered by Cutco's Forever Guarantee, so you can visit the store for repair service free of charge.
We do all brands of knives. Cutco is free and we charge $5 per knife foe other brands. We only can do Cutco shears at this time, we dont do off brand scissors. We look forward to serving you
Hi Jim, You do not need to make an appointment. It usually takes 1-3 days for instore sharpening and 2-3 weeks if they are too worn down to sharpen instore. The staff will sharpen Cutco knives with the DD edge. We do not sharpen off brand serrated edge knives. For more detailed time frames for service please call the local store. Sorry to hear about the fire! The Cutco Forever Guarantee would cover 1/2 price replacement under "unconventional use", however, we recommend using your homeowners or renters insurance to replace your product. Please call or visit the store to get an estimate of current retail price for your insurance claim.
Unfortunately we do not. Bring any brand of kitchen cutlery and try our sharpening service for free.
Yes they are! Bring them to the store and we will ship them to our factory for free replacement or repair.
We do replace cutting boards! Turn around time is approximately 10 days as we process replacements for free through our factory in Olean, NY. Stop by the store!
