I made my first visit to Costa's Coins & Currency yesterday. I asked them to test a silver eager that my daughter had received some years ago as a gift. The staff - although quite busy at the moment, took the time to confirm that the piece was, indeed, a genuine silver eagle. I browsed their inventory of silver rounds and purchased two pieces for my stacking needs. All in all, I felt these gentlemen to be very professional, honest, and helpful. The store itself was clean and well-maintained. In closing, this visit was a very positive experience, and I'm going to highly recommend Costa's Coin and Currency.

Was taken care of by Jeoff (if I remember the spelling correctly!) He was so friendly and super helpful!

None exist. They are very nice, honest tradesmen. They get tested for covid, but don't use masks or social distancing due to very small inside store. Up to customer to stay distant from others.
There is no charge to look at a collection, in the case of a house call and we drive out and appraise a collection there would be a charge if you didn't sell the collection. Usually if you have a small collection you can just stop on in and 99.9% of the time there is no charge. Charges only apply if it takes over an hour to look at a collection and you want a detailed description of everything and you don't want to sell. collection
