I lived there 2 years ago, and they were ok...they do need a lot of work...I like the fact that we got to have our own yard. Does anyone know if they changed in the last 2 years? gotten better?

The most shitiest apartments ever!! I don't even live there & my car got broken into 3 times, all because I decided to stay the night at a family's house...All the people that live there are a bunch of hoodrats, gangsters, drug dealers & people who love to break into cars & steal. These apartments need to be shut down & be reopened again under NEW & IMPROVED management because the current management don't care about anyone but themselves, they don't have cameras nor do they care about the safety of everyone at their apartments. So if you're looking for an apartment here in Merced, DON'T GO HERE. They're called Merced Commons Apartments for a reason, it's because criminal activity is COMMON in these apartments...
