It's a bit dated I've heard people say and that would be true . 1941 is the date on the rock fireplace that still stands in. Awesome shape to be so old. New management is a plus.Allows home owners to have pets which is extremely hard to find. Have temp. spots for overnighter s with laundry ,bathroom that's for R Vrs only. Bring your own to let paper. I feel it necessary to add that if you are a resident here your California state civil laws may be violated as per section 1952 and 1950 you have a right to receive a 24-hour notice before your landlord can enterr your yard and under no circumstance can they come into your yard to do your garden which is what the manager did on 8/18 and 2022 after giving her a note yesterday asking for a 24-hour notice before they enter my yard she greeted me first thing in the morning with her helper and ripped out everyone of my flowers garden and everything else in my yard with total disrespect for me asking her and her friend to get out of my yard and give me a written 24-hour notice so with that being said I'm not saying that she's a bad manager but she didn't follow proper procedures and she did violate my civil rights.
