I lived here for 25+ years and worked/managed it for 19 years. Just did a forced out retirement a month ago but life is okay, I was tired of hearing, 'I know'. Loving retirement and looking forward to moving on. I miss the the days when The Lau's owned it. As a non-employee, I would not live here by choice now. It is a 3+ star at best, never could force people to take pride. Sad, but it is going down fast. No park steals your home, pay the rent or get out M.Childers. and Corp decides if you are qualified not the manager. Corporations decide everything.

Omg! We got new management people r allowed 2 do whatever they want. For months I've complained bout my neighbor a few doors down from and nothin has been done

My adoptive grandparents were paying around $550 a month they enjoyed their neighbors very much still in a good area as well elementary and high schools right around the blockish 😋
Iam not sure about the availability of mobile homes, but Iam sure that before you invest in a mobile in the park or purchasing and putting one in the park, you need to speak to management of the park. Very important.
Your gonna need a double wide and give up a master Bed room and that'll work my boy had a 3 bdrm w/ a master bedroom two bath still ;-) hope that helps
