If you're looking for a low pressure, customer service oriented shopping experience then this is the place to start. In this low volume, take-what-you-get auto market both the sales consultant and the sales manager scoured dealerships for 300 miles to find me the truck I was looking for. They gave me an out the door price without demanding a commitment, asking about a trade-in, or even asking how I was paying for the new truck. I will definitely be returning for future new vehicle purchases.

Sorry to hear that you have a bad experience there, I have only had good experiences at that location. Compared to some of the other dealerships in northern Illinois Libertyville is one of the best. I think you'll discover that if you start going to other dealerships the quality will go way down. You may end up jumping from the frying Pan into the fire.
